This is a special lot from the Santa Teresa region just outside of Cusco. This year marked Sey's first real exploration of the area, and illustrates how special and diverse coffees from Peru can be. In the cup you'll find white florals, tea, and ripe stone fruit.

Processing: Hand-picked at peak ripeness. Floated to further remove defects and de-pulped on the day of harvest. Dry-fermented for 32 hours. Dried on raised beds.
